FAIRBANKS — When one of her children began having allergic reactions to cow’s milk Heidi Livengood took a good long look at raising goats. She liked
what she saw.

Livengood now has 15 Nigerian dwarf goats and two Angoras. She previously raised heritage turkeys, chickens and ducks but
when a nearby property owner in her Steele Creek neighborhood
complained about the critters she phased out most of the fowl from her
menagerie, keeping only a goose and a chicken or two.

Stop this encroachment on liberty immediately. File a Notice of understanding, Intent, Claim of Right, and Permanent Estoppel by acquiescence upon your County Sheriff. Disobey ALL orders and stand up in court. If you serve your notice properly you will be there in honor, for trying to avoid conflict by offering discussion.

All of your property can be held under a claim of right, your land can be held in allodium, and your animals under claim of right, which will nullify ANY statutory charge. Statutes are not laws, statutes can only be applied against you by consent, hand written signed consent. Serving the NOTARIZED notice upon your sheriff which I have prepared FOR YOU. These notices will go unanswered and you will secure a default administrative judgement that will bar any statutory charges related to your property, which will be held under a claim of right in the first attachment. You should get an affidavit notarized declaring allodial title to your home and land, this will go uncontested. Allodial property is a birthright.
